Independent & Community Living

Individuals, children and adults, gain greater independence, community connection, and opportunities to achieve meaningful goals through personalized supports, respite care, foster services, and employment programs.

Overview

For adults with disabilities, there are many different ways to receive services outside of our centers. Through our community-based services, individuals are able to learn how to navigate real-world situations while receiving care away from our center. We also offer services for individuals who are interested in joining the workforce.

Our Programs

Our Independent & Community Living services provide a network of support designed to help children and adults with disabilities lead fuller, more connected lives. By combining practical assistance, skill-building opportunities, and access to essential resources, these programs empower individuals to live safely, confidently, and with greater autonomy. Participants and families benefit from increased stability, meaningful engagement, and the tools they need to achieve personal goals while remaining active and included in their communities.
