Services:

Easterseals West Kentucky’s Adult Day Health Care (ADHC) program provides personalized support and care for adults with medical or physical needs in a safe, nurturing environment. Participants receive assistance with daily activities, health monitoring, and engaging social opportunities that promote well-being, independence, and a sense of community.

At Adult Day Health Care, RNs and LPNs are staffed to provide care for individuals who require more medical attention. This program is designed to provide socialization, care, and support to its participants. Through this program, individuals will experience new opportunities that they may otherwise not receive. 

To qualify for Adult Day Health Care, the Home and Community Based Waiver is required.

Adult Day Health Care Includes:

  • Daily lessons, activities, and games
  • Art class
  • Cooking class
  • Community outings & overnight trips
  • Daily exercise
  • Healthy breakfast, lunch, and snack
  • Medication assistance or monitoring
